New customer experience- Cardiff Branch

I visited the Cardiff Branch on Queen Street and they arranged an appointment for me with Annie to open an instant saver account. As a new customer to Monmouthshire Building Society, I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received. All staff were professional and very knowledgeable and the process from start to end was seamless. Special mention must go to Annie and Cathy. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
