Always a warm welcome at my local branch

Visiting Monmouthshire Building Society branches is always a very happy experience. I was a loyal customer of the Abergavenny branch until it closed last year, now I have to travel to Monmouth, but I always get a friendly welcome and personalised helpful service. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025

We’re pleased to let you know we now provide a full counter service in Abergavenny at our Community Hub located at Town Hall, Cross Street. We are open on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 3:30pm (closed between 1pm and 2pm). We would love to see you there! More information about our Community Hub can be found on our contact us page on our website. We'll share you feedback with the Monmouth branch. Response date: 14th May 2025

Attended without an appointment, discussed a complicated issue with Harry was very informative and helpful - needed to discuss the senior colleague the following day. Did get back to me as promised. Another helpful staff member relayed information. Reviewed on: 26th November 2025
