A Long Term Happy Customer

Monzo has been my main current account for over a decade, and it’s honestly one of the few services I can say has consistently got better year after year. It started out as a brilliantly simple, modern way to manage money, and since then they’ve continuously developed the product without losing what made it great in the first place: clarity, control, and a genuinely user-friendly experience. The app is the standout. Everything is fast, intuitive, and transparent — instant spending notifications, easy transfers, and a clean view of what’s going in and out. The budgeting tools make it effortless to stay on top of day-to-day spending, and it’s just as good for the boring stuff (bills, direct debits, paydays) as it is for everyday purchases. It feels like Monzo actually wants you to understand your money, not just hold it. What really seals it for me is how Monzo keeps evolving. Features roll out regularly, improvements feel purposeful, and the account never feels “stuck in the past” like so many traditional banks. After 10+ years, it still feels like a product built for real life — simple when you need it to be, powerful when you want more. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Amazing Customer Service and Quick TAT

Best decision ever made migrating to Monzo

I decided to move over my existing current account to Monzo as I’d used it as a cash card for a few years. I was looking to reduce my carbon footprint, I decided to just go to Monzo to keep things in one place. Opened a joint account to on it with my partner. Best decision I’ve ever made. The features and money saving tools are so innovative and I feel like it’s making managing my money so much easier than my previous bank. I could not recommend them enough.
