Love Monzo! Makes banking and managing money fun and easy. Been with them for 5 years and just love all the features the have including money pots, the option to flex payments and the ease of requesting a loan or adjusting overdraft limits. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Very poor business in all aspects.

I have been a Monzo customer since the early days as a keen fintech follower and Nonzo just goes from bad to worse. Nickel and diming customers at every turn with charges for everything, slow non existent customer service, if you can get it since they hide the ‘contact customer service’ button purposely, bad attitude from staff, why people rate them I have no idea.
