Makes banking clearer and... fun?

Somehow I'm drawn to the Monzo app, rather than dragging myself to it. It's reliable, it's easy to navigate and if I'm still unsure about something there's usually some clear info to help me understand. Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Great product but slowly losing its edge

I really like Monzo. I have the paid Plus account with virtual cards and more features. It's a great product overall. However, there are 2 issues. Not having a website really is limiting. It would be very convenient to be able to access my account on a bigger screen, export directly to my computer etc. The second issue is that the support has been getting progressively worse over the years. I used to get very personal responses to my queries but now it just seems my request gets passed along and I get more generic answers. Hopefully this improves over time. Best bank
