Great bank, great app, card fades quickly

I love Monzo, the simplicity and user friendly app is brilliant. Everything is easy to find and straightforward to do. The chat help when needed is amazing and they are quicker than they estimate to reply. The only downfall is that the coral card fades too quickly, they should allow free users to select a different colour card. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

How banking should be

I've been a Monzo customer since the very beginning, taking great pleasure in the smooth transition to a full bank and the continued brilliance. From the convenience of being able to conduct all my banking in an app, to the great customer support team whenever they have been necessary, to the unexpected benefit of my Monzo account being a messaging platform when social media sites crash (can I include that here?) I think Monzo is great and continue to recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Monzo is an amazing bank and really puts customers first

They have multiple saving options for customers and excellent support. Whilst signing up can take awhile it's worth it on this bank. Plus it's virtual so hardly any fraud and they care about their customers. Especially with cool little features such as dark mode or earn money back. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

I've never been able to get a handle on my money and have struggled for years. Now I have savings, I have a proper budget and the Monzo system has made it possible. Whenever I've had an issue their live chat system is excellent. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
