Their speed of transaction is second to none. Fast in resolving and issues and more especially the way you are able to use your card when you don’t have enough money in your account till you get the money especially weekends and particularly on transportation is what I really enjoy, I honestly think is life saving Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

Great control and great savings

I was on Monzo as pre-pay and have been ‘full Monzo’ for two years. The reporting and categories makes tracking and controlling money so easy! The salary sorter and bills pot function is incredible so all bills come from one place and I sort a percentage of my salary into that. Roundups and the IFTTT challenges help me save as well. Great to keep track of your money in a flexible way, see spending and adjust monthly and budget. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

Totally hassle-free, modern and safe banking

By far the easiest and most efficient way to bank. Excellent app, brilliant customer service and (having been a victim of identity fraud with my HSBC account) I feel my money and identity are safe and secure using Monzo and i've never had any problems using them.
