Banking made easy

Everything about Monzo is quick, easy and efficient. Gone are the days of going into a branch or waiting 3-5 business days for a simple change of address. Even increasing my transfer limit for a property purchase took no more than 10 minutes. Using the budget function and pots makes it even easier to stay on top of your finances. Best bank ever

I love Monzo! Their app is the easiest, newest and freshest way to do my banking. The app is fast and responsive and no need for any documents through the post , so helping the planet too. I love the pots and the virtual cards. The Flex payment system is great too for buying considered purchases. I am constantly recommending Monzo to friends and family! Best bank ever! Absolutely the best and most friendly bank

Never a problem contacting Monzo. Depending on what you contact about. You might be waiting a little bit, but that's fair if someone needs immediate help and you always get the right information first time and rarely need to ask followup questions.
