Okay, but not great

I like the product, but NOT the management. Using account as bill paying tool, but always aware that Monzo can go funny and close my account with no reason. That's why keeping extra rent money aside, just in case. Not the best reputation about them so far from my environment people. I am happy to keep an account and use it, but it would be NO skin off my nose it it would get closed. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

I have been with monzo for over 2years best thing I did I they have never been any problems I don't think any other bank can beat them I will find it hard for them to keep with monzo as they are always 1step a head of other banks Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Future of Banking

I've been with Monzo since their Beta days when it was run only on pre-paid cards. Since then Monzo (and it’s app) have really grown leaps and bounds over the competition. The Monzo app is my financial centre, I have my salary paid in, credit cards linked through Open Banking, savings pots, just everything you could need from a bank, all in the one app. Their app is fast, fluid and you have everything you need from a bank right in your pocket. Monzo

I was recommended Monzo through my family and in turn I've recommended it to others. It has been consistently easy to use: from initial set up, to exploring what Monzo can offer, to supporting savings. I think the design of the app is simple and very user-friendly. Every transaction is in real time (even transactions abroad) leaving you with knowing your exact balance all the time, and customer service (if needed at all) is very responsive. Great service and visibility

Great service and visibility, there's a lot of features around simplifying the ux and ui, which has helped me manage my finances with minimal effort. Banking for everyone

I've used Monzo since 2017 and have never been let down. I can't recommend this enough. I hope they continue to top the charts so more traditional banks pick up steam and make money work for everyone too. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
