Perfect.

Before I switched to Monzo permanently, I used to hop from bank to bank as none of them were special, and I’d earn £100+ with each switch. I opened my Monzo account in 2016 when it was in Beta, and even then I could tell they felt different. I made the jump to permanent use in 2019 and I haven’t looked back since. It’s app and service are simply unmatched. It may be missing the traditional branches of a regular bank, but with their network of pay-points this has never been a problem for me and there has always been a store nearby that allows me to pay cash into the account on the rare occasion I need it. I pay for Monzo Premium as the product offers some excellent benefits (I.e credit tracker, round-ups, virtual cards, mobile phone insurance, worldwide Axa travel insurance, discounted airport lounges), and I even get 1.5% interest back on my balance and savings of up to £2000 which helps bring that cost down. One of the huge selling points for me is the instant notification on my phone or Apple Watch for every payment I make, PLUS the details and map showing exactly where you have spent/withdrawn. This also bolsters security immensely, and has even saved me from an unknown transaction due to a skimmed card. Thanks to the location awareness of my card and my mobile, Monzo prevented somebody from using my card details in Germany. I received a notification on my Apple Watch while at work, and I was instantly able to tell Monzo it wasn’t me, and a new card arrived within 2 days. On the odd occasion I’ve needed to speak to a representative, the service has been excellent. Chatting through the app has been efficient and the issue has always been resolved there and then. Excellent customer service

Always quick to respond and very quick to sort out anything, and brilliant when I was frauded, they got my money back asap and kept contacting me to get it moved on when I was dropping the ball on getting back to them. Superb!

Not just a place to store money, but keep it organised as well. It's really simple to keep track of your spending and exactly where it's going. Simple saving tools. A really clear and fast app the works all the time without a really slow login process. Support has been great whenever there's been issues with retailers and everything gets sorted out really quickly. They also explain really clearly exactly what's going on.
