Great product, bank and client service

I think Monzo are fantastic, not only is the bank easy to use and the app is straight forward but the products have amazing incentives and what other bank can you talk to an actual customer service representative within minutes? Honestly would not recommend anyone else! Only negative I’d say is the website is not great at all compare to the app. Reviewed on: 7th January 2022

For me, the Monzo app / current account just keeps getting better. This account has helped me save for the right things, organise and control my money, and make it fun. Fast, secure, user friendly and approachable

I have various fintech bank accounts, but Monzo is bar far the best. Easy to navigate, fast to load and very secure. On the I've occasion I had a query, I got connected within seconds, and my issue was resolved within 3 minutes. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

They really help you manage your accounts

I'm in my forties and I wasn't sure about Monzo at first. It semed a bit gimicky and all too popular with students to be of interest to me (or so I thought). Actually the app has been a great was of keeping track of my everyday spending. It's not perfect, perhaps more of a 4.5 than a 5 star app (there is room for more control of how you view and expoert the data, assign expenditure, etc) but it was also really easy to setup, so I think they deserve a five star review and I look forward to seeing how the app/service improves over time.
