Perfect for the modern era

Monzo is fast, reliable, offers a great suite of products. All this in an app. Gone are the days of needing to find time and pay for parking just to visit a bank if you need to. Customer service is great and they have a community they interact with, where they also preview future features coming and listen to feedback. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2022

I love Monzo

Best bank I have ever used. Long may they continue as I never want to go back to legacy banking ever again. Monzo is so much easier and the customer service is excellent. Getting my salary early is a god send. I love the pots especially the bill pots, I can manage my money far better. Can’t recommend Monzo enough. Brilliant Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

I find monzo to be one of the best banks out there they have all the tools I need to manage my finances , move money aside to ensure that they are all paid and I know the money I have let is mine to spend as I want , also the get paid early feature is good .. all banks should offer this Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Didn't like the customer service

Felt all disjointed and very uninformed as a consumer. The queries I had were not fully dealt with and I didn't feel as though Monzo cared about my issue. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

What more could I ask for!?

Monzo has been my saving grace (and I still have their basic current account). They’ve done so much over the past year to release all of the functionality I could want from my bank and all at the tip of my fingers! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
