The only bank where I feel totally in control

This banking organisation knows what people want, and they aren't afraid to give it. There are a myriad of functions that can help the youngest and oldest bankers alike to manage their money, as well as make it easy to share and make payments. I've recently signed up to the plus account and really and truly this is the golden standard for banking today. They understand internet security and the importance of keeping a control on budgets. They assist in every way they can including providing financial advice if you are in overdraft or need to speak to one of the team. To top it off, they give an amazing exchange rate and ability to withdraw foreign currency abroad up to a certain cap amount. The list goes on, but all I can say is overall this is the future of banking. Shift over HSNatSanLloy, this is digital and tech banking for the 21st century. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

App is missing some important features

Such as viewing card details, that's a big one - I don't really like to have to get out my card every time I'm purchasing something online I should be able to review my cc details on the app.. having a IBAN to receive international transfers - should be a given but it isn't. The card is also not accepted in a few platforms when doing online purchases for some reason. I've got another MasterCard with another online banking provider and that ones works everywhere. In terms of customer service: not really speedy or friendly. Never been offered an overdraft despite it being my main account for 2 years in comparison with another online banking provider that have offered me an overdraft as soon as I moved my monthly salary to be transferred there (I don't use it but it's nice to be offered and have the option to). The other provider also rewards me with interest for moving my money through their app. Monzo is missing small perks that make all the difference to me as a customer. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

Monzo is the best bank ever. It's got so many features to help keep a track of complicated spending patterns. It helps you save money without thinking and helps you budget all your spending across all your accounts not just your Monzo Account. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
