User friendly, modern, excellent customer service and transparent. . Everything I want in a bank.

I have been with Monzo almost since the start and can honestly say I have never experienced any issues. I do alot of online banking everyday and have only ever had a positive experience. When I have needed there assistance or had any questions, their online chat system with a real advisor has been brilliant and they have quickly assisted me. Best bank EVER!

After over 15 years of loyalty to my high street bank, feeling frustrated that they weren’t providing the level of service I would expect, I decided to go ‘full monzo’ and drop the high street bank after having two accounts for a while, using my monzo for personal spending. I haven’t looked back since. The app is easy to use, has lots of useful features to help with saving and budgeting, has been used abroad multiple times with no problems, no surprise fees and good conversion rates. As a trans person I am able to have my chosen name on the card and account and this is a huge deal and one of the reasons I recommend monzo. Their customer service is helpful, fast and friendly. They are dedicated to their customers and constantly keeping us up to date on any changes or new information and features. I can’t imagine being with any other bank now! Super easy, super flexible

I've used internet banking before, and I've now been using Monzo as my current account for just over a year. It's so easy and flexible! Creating money pots and automated payment functions make saving really easy, something I've struggled with in the past. I love Monzo. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Monzo bank

I have been with Monzo since the launch, upgrading to Monzo plus later this year, I find Monzo easy to use ,see my transactions instantly, transfer of monies between my savings, investment accounts at a click of a button,I have my bank accounts connected too, so I can do transfers through the app rather than through my other bank accounts, I feel confident and secure with my passwords and bank details Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
