How banking should be

I like that I can access all features of my account from the smartphone app. I like that the app gives me full control of my card, my spending and my saving. With Monzo, I have been able to plan and save money in ways I hadn't been able to before. I also like that I can communicate with customer services through messages (I don't need to queue for ages to speak to someone). This really is how banking should be - legacy banks have a lot of catching up to do. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
