Such a great place to be all these years. Started with Monzo before they were officially a bank - and loved seeing the changes and developments in the app and overall experience. Second to none approach to banking and great design focus. Plus unmatched support options and fast user experience for all my banking needs. First rate app, bank, products and service. Fantastic with super-friendly customer service

I've had a Monzo account for over 2 years. The app is fantastic, it has helped me get on top of my finances. The times I've needed to speak to someone, the live chat has always had the answers I need. They're also rolling out regular updates to the app, making it even more useful. Solid bank

App is super easy to use. Really simple design and shows all your transactions. Notifications when you make a purchase with a map. Can set up pots to pay bills out from. Can get monthly statements as with ease as well. Support is very helpful with quick responses Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
