Amazing flexibility and no-nonsense approach

Monzo Bank was a life saver when me and my husband just moved to the UK with no prior UK living history. I wish more banks followed the same principles. As a suggested feature, it would be great to have the option of an 'expedited bank statement', even if it meant paying extra. I needed one for a VISA application last year and I was very anxious not knowing if Royal Mail would get it to me on time (luckily it did). Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

After trying the high street banks and lost my trust, I opted for something different. And been happy ever since. Thank you, my faith is restored. Excellent service and easy to use and save money!

I’ve had a monzo current account for about a year now and it’s been absolutely a life saver. The customer service is excellent and the pots make it so easy to save money!
