A modern digital bank, with modern digital bank services

I've been a Monzo user since March 2016 and the ease of use, quality of service, and information available on the smartphone app makes it so easy to manage my finances. Lots of innovative ideas to help me save money, from rounding up transactions and putting pennies into a 'pot', to integration with 3rd party apps (IFTTT for example) which enables an endless array of options to put money aside for rainy days. I am also an investor in Monzo and it's been great to see them develop the product over the past 5 years. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

So easy to use

Lost its way

Now hides anything useful behind a paywall. Charges for card replacements. Doesn’t listen. Service isn’t great and development slow. A bank on life support waiting for one of the big guys to buy it out. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Excellent online bank

Helps to keep track of my spending and I love the different pots you can assign for different purposes. Communication is also good and efficient. Transferring money is easy and I always recommend the bank to freidns! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
