A bank for people who don’t like the hassle of normal banks. Live chat are so helpful and don’t have outdated processes like printing off forms and sending them back like other banks. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Superior banking

So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Monzo. Even though the company doesn't have an actual branch you can visit, their helpline is quick and easy. You get to talk to agents in real-time to answer your queries. They also reply very quickly too. It's also easy to navigate around the app even for old-school people which is a bonus. Great customer service as day one

When challenger banks or any business scales up one of the areas impacted is quality of customer support but not with Monzo. Even after passing the 5 million customer mark I have to say I’m still impressed with their customer service via their app. I recently put in an awkward request which the first customer advisor didn’t understand, however my query was quickly passed escalated to another team member who understood my query and resolved it within a acceptable timeframe. Changed the game

Monzo changed the current account game 6 years ago and other legacy banks still haven't caught up. They sparked innovation in a stagnant product and ate up market share as a reward. Their customer experience has scaled with the customer numbers meaning they offer the same great service they always have, despite growing to 5m customers.
