Changed my financial life

Before I joined Monzo I was overdrawn and owed money to several credit companies. 3 years later I have no debt and more than £10k in savings and investments. Monzo makes managing my finances easier and more enjoyable - I would highly recommend to everyone Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Best British bank

Having used Monzo since it was a charge card, they have just gotten better and better. As soon as they had their banking licence, i switched my banking to them and there hasn’t been a moment I’ve regretted. Their service levels are second to none, they engage well with customers and have really innovative features. My wife and colleagues have all switched now and agree that there’s no better bank than Monzo. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Easy to use app

Great and so easy to use

The perfect bank. My biggest dislike about other banks and their apps was the update on balance could take 3 days without a reserved amount being displayed, and then one day it would just all go. With Monzo, I get a confirmation of payment and the balance update sometimes before the person at a shop says 'yes, all done'. And a load of other benefits of quick money transactions, savings pots etc, etc. Everyone should use Monzo! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
