Fast, efficient and free banking with speedy customer services (when needed) all on my phone. Whilst not full service yet I cannot wait to be able to throw off the shackles of crusty old banking and id happily take a Monzo Mortgage. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

If you are sick and tired of the slow plodding ways of long established banks - the kind that take weeks to open or close or accounts then Monzo is the way to go. Monzo offers a professional app based banking system offering current account both solo and joint as well as business banking. The current account is easy to set up and use and offers excellent budgeting tools as well as instant notifications so that any unrecognised spending can be picked up very quickly. The pots savings system is an ideal way to save for small or larger items enabling you to control your savings and set goals. I feel more in control of my money now than ever before. Customer Service is always fast, reliable and professional. Overdrafts and loans are available - hopefully a Monzo Credit Card won't be too far behind. For an additional cost you can upgrade you account to either Plus or Premium - this offers interest on current account balance, improved budgeting tools, the use of virtual cards for safe and secure online purchases, opening banking - the chance to see accounts with other banks/credit cards within the Monzo app. If you upgrade to the Premium package you will also receive world wide travel insurance as well as mobile phone insurance. Monzo also offer offers with well known companies such as the RAC. If you have any doubts about safety with fintech banking then rest assured your money is safe. The experience of banking with Monzo is like a breath of fresh air - you really feel more in control of your money and the excellent budgeting tools let you keep track where every penny is spent as well as insight into which bills/direct debits have increased over the last month. Was grossly overcharged in Australia because of Monzo notification system ,I knew straight away .Monzo responded to my anxious message ,even in a different time zone Helped me during the dispute and made sure I was refunded the excessive charge Cannot praise them enough Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

I love Monzo! I love how fast they respond to any problems. They resolve the problems immediately. They are always helpful. If you lose your card you get your replacement the following day. I love how it shows you what direct debits are coming up. I love how you have pots. I love how you can get paid a day early. Monzo is hands down the best bank. I will always recommend.
