Best bank in the world, by miles!

Monzo have built a product, in fact, a company - which is absolutely top class. Even with the fairly limited scope of the product as it currently stands (primarily just current account), they've made it such a delight to use, that I can't wait till they offer more financial products and services so I can stop using clunky, legacy banks! I've been a customer of all of the competitors (including all of the legacy UK banks, and challengers like Starling, Revolut and even the Dutch Bunq), and while several of those have great experiences now, I still come back to Monzo as my favourite and the one I trust the most to give me accurate, instant information about everything related to my account. Best bank, period!

I’ve banked with most of the ‘major’ British banks and Monzo is heads and shoulders above the rest. I appreciate their transparency, the constant app improvements, the online community can be really helpful and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in any sector. Whenever I notice my friends aren’t with Monzo I ensure they switch and reap the benefits too! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Brilliant customer experience, convenient and easy to use

Initially I got a Monzo account to use as a second account when travelling abroad (pre pandemic!) to avoid unnecessary fees. It very quickly became my main account and as it so easy and convenient to use. Much easier to keep track of spending and splitting out funds into pots are great. The overdraft has been a lifesaver during the pandemic, as I have a reduced income and has been a way to help bridge gap. Their customer service is great. I once had an issue with an atm not issuing cash (but charging me anyway!) and I was able to chat straight away with a (real!) person from Monzo customer service, who was understanding and sorted it all out very quickly! Love Monzo

Best decision i've ever made

Using the current account switch service to move from my Halifax current account to Monzo, was literally the smartest financially decision i've ever made! That service alone was epic - but the best bits come when you get your salary paid in. The amount of features Monzo has to offer, transaction round ups, different pots which you can pay direct debts from and the ease in which it is to contact help. Fantastic product they've built, listening to what the actual user wants pays dividends and here is a product not designed for them. But for us, the customers :) Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Simple and secure online banking

User Friendly

Monzo is so easy to set up and use. You can see exactly where your money is going and can send money to friends and family easily. It has many useful features - money pots, round up and I found it excellent when we used to be able to travel abroad! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
