You won't be disappointed

I was introduced to Monzo by my boss 3-4 years ago when I meant to go for holiday and money on my main account at that time with different bank got frozen between transactions. I used it first as a prepaid card and it quickly helped me to save money and monitor my spending. Because you can see your money being added or removed from your balance straight away you see when you are charge and for what. No more unknown subscriptions. You know exactly where your money goes. It became my main and actually only account, ive been also allowed overdraft. And when my situation got though they helped me ro pay off the overdraft by paying little amount to reduce it, without any problems. I was very happy when they supported me with scam and they even managed to get the refund for me. I just love that bank, its customer service team I felt never disappointed. Switched and never looked back

Like many Monzo customers, I didn’t initially use Monzo as my main bank, but I’m glad I switched over. I’ve never had any problems, and when I’ve needed help Monzo support have been responsive and incredibly pleasant to talk to.
