Absolutely brilliant bank

Easiest way to manage your money.

I made the switch to Monzo about 2 years ago and it has made managing my money so much easier. The projected end of month balance is an invaluable measure to monitor how much money I have to play with each month. The pots facility is also really helpful for management and general short term savings. Monzo is also super transparent with their charges. On the odd occasion where I need to use my overdraft, Monzo clearly displays the charges that I am incurring and is updated daily. I have had to use Monzo customer service a few times and the chat facility is fantastic. They have always been very helpful and the text based solution means that I can get on with my day and know that the guys will notify me when they need any input from me. It is one of the few financial services that I feel happy to recommend to others! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Never looking back!

Having been recommended by a friend to join Monzo, I was initially hesitant having banked with my previous bank for many years. However, the approach Monzo takes to banking is so innovative, effective and user friendly that I wonder why I didn’t join sooner! The absence of brick and mortor Monzo banks is well and truly solved by how fast and helpful the in-app team are. I would recommend Monzo to anyone, and I see myself banking with them indefinitely! I could never complain about Monzo ever, every time I had a problem, I have received great feedback and support. And the layout and the UI of the app is just amazing! Excellent banking

Monzo has been an excellent tool for budgeting and finance management. Splitting money into pots really helps to keep track of spending in different areas and allows you to budget successfully.
