Helpful and quick efficient

I woke up one morning to my bank being hacked, someone had spent all my money, not one phone call was made, i filled a fraudulent claim and all was resolved with in hours, along with a new card being sent out Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Everything just works.....

I love not having to think about my finances and Monzo has made everything simple. From linking to my other banks to quickly paying people (or even sharing bills) to the amazing virtual credit cards for those online transactions that you don't quite trust giving your bank details to. I have never had ANY issues that I have been unable to sort from a few quick messages or the Monzo help pages. This is my main bank now and the high Street banks are just for mortgages and swapping credit cards. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great product, very user friendly, leagues ahead of the high street banks I used to use, customer support has been quick and helpful when I've needed it. Only drawback is lack of some specialist services (currency accounts, sharedealing, paying in a lot of cash etc). Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
