The perfect banking app

Honestly can't say enough good things about this app. It's awesome. So many great features that make it easy to make & request payments, monitor your spending and makes savings easy with spending pots. You can instantly see your outgoings which is a fantastic feature. You can use your card abroad without any nasty surprise fees & also withdraw cash which is super helpful. My only quibble would be, if they would add Car breakdown cover to their premium package, I would snap that up immediately but as a single person I can get holiday & mobile insurance for less than £15 a month elsewhere, so it's not really worth it. Best Ive tried

I’ve had current accounts at santander and starling, monzo is the best. The transparency, community and simplicity, that’s what does it for me. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Just amazing

Setting aside the incredible technology aspect of Monzo I have had to use their customer support a few times and I have found them to be amazingly responsive and effecient. They are polite and highly competent, I have accounts with other banks and comparing time lines for problem resolution by the time I have gone through the forms to tell one bank about a problem Monzo would have fixed it! I find the app to be very useful for budgeting and controlling my spending, also for security as I see all transactions on my account in real time Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
