I love my monzo card

Outstanding Service

My experience with Monzo is what I think all banks should strive for. It's pain free, they have nifty features and a clean interface that's easy to navigate. Kudos for not getting bogged down with physical branches, it really shows that by focusing on the app they've been able to deliver a quality service and address all issues in a timely manner unlike high street banks. Superb customer service, excellent app

I've used Monzo for nearly 2 years now and have always found their customer support quick to respond and help. The app is far better than any other I've used, helps one budget and plan your monthly finances, schedule payments, etc. Online payments much safer because these must be approved by you through the app. Highly recommend MONZO! Excellent Bank very quick

For the modern day person who doesn't deal with cash - Monzo is perfect. Bank to Bank transfers, paying bills etc. are so easy.
