I love Monzo

I signed up for Monzo in 2016 after seeing somebody pay for something using her phone. Monzo immediately notified her purchase and I fell in love (with the bank and not the girl of course) Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy no hassle banking

I love Monzo because it shows me how my month will looks like so I can plan my spendings. It’s easy to split the bills and bank transfers takes no time at all. I have multiple pots for different things I’m saving for. They are like my little piggy banks. I like how secure it is and I know no one else can use my account without me approving the transactions. The support team is excellent and just from a quick chat or a message they managed to resolve all the queries I had. It saves so much time and no long waiting in queues on the phone to reach customer services like with all the other banks. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple and easy

It's simple online banking where you don't have to remember a complicated user ID and several passwords makes it easy to use. Easy to transfer money to people, easy to make payments. Also really like the pots feature so I can see what I have to spend! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
