The future of banking

Simple, safe, secure and easy to use. Having absolute control over my money is a must and Monzo allow this. Customer service is excellent. 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Definitely not the best

Monzo is ok, good to see other banks stepping up but they have to work on a LOT to be the best bank in the UK. Poor customer services and really late replies plus terrible handling of claims are just one of the few examples. Lots of room for improvement. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple banking

What a banking app and experience should be

I find it so easy to organise my spending and saving, and love the Plus features, I have been using the split transaction type function since I subscribed to the Plus service, help isn't too far away of ever you need it, the security features are brilliant, and overall I just think it's what a banking app should be. A digital bank you can trust

Monzo never gave me reasons to mistrust them. Every journey I've made abroad I had always the best rates to use my money and in the UK I never had issues using my card. The pots and savings are excellent ideias and I try to use them the best I can. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
