Fantastic for young professionals

Really easy to set up, no charges, and super user friendly interface. It is also simple to connect other accounts, transfer between banks, and maximise savings. My other bank wasn't able to approve me me for a credit card, but the Monzo Flexi card was easy to apply for, and get approved. As a young professional, being able to lock savings, set spending limits, and track expenses has helped me adjust to the cost of London living. The current account Round-Up scheme is also super beneficial for saving without a ton of effort, as is the ongoing Penny challenge and the cashback offers. Overall the usability of the app, integrations with contacts for splitting bills or paying friends, and the savings offers have made Monzo a great option. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

I’ve been using Monzo’s current account for a while...

I’ve been using Monzo’s current account for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with real-time spending notifications, instant transfers, and smart budgeting tools that make managing finances a breeze. One of the standout features is the ability to separate money into “pots” for savings or bills, which really helps with budgeting and avoiding overspending. Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed support, and the in-app chat feature is super convenient. They have been great everything is readable the app...

They have been great everything is readable the app is comfortable and easier to navigate they are very up front out everything nothing hidden in small print. The fact that is easy for everyone to understand information as you don't feel like you need a degree in finance to understand processes ect. I have been with Monzo for years...
