A customer centric bank with ethics

I moved to Monzo in May/June 2018 following issues with a previous bank. Monzo welcomed me with open arms and have provided a bank that just works. An app that loads quickly and allows transactions to be completed within seconds, pots that are easy to create and allow for savings, plus a customer support team that truly go above and beyond for customers. Customer focussed, digital innovation.

Monzo has been myconly personal current account provider since they began offering full bank accounts. Why, well their approach to transparency and helping people manage their finances would be enough but it's their innovation and speed of updates to their product offering that hooked me in. Simply amazing app with so many smart features. Left my old legacy banks in the dust and convinced me to ditch them completely and I haven't looked back. Ethical, innovative.... Incredible product and service

Monzo provides me with unparalleled transparency over my finances. When I spend, I get instant notifications and line items are automatically classified into different categories. Above all else, I recognise that Monzo actually care. Their customer service is very responsive and they quickly respond to any issues raised on their customer forums. Keep it up! Efficient, Succinct, Clarity

The literal future or banking
