Best most customer orientated bank

In 20 years of banking I had current accounts with all highstreet banks. This one has everything I need, the top up card was my favorite feature. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Fast, east, most features

Monzo has the best features of all the "Online Only" banks; Apple/Android Pay, Direct Debits, Standing Orders, etc. Easy and fast to sign up, would recommend every single time. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Helped me get a proper bank account in UK

Just moved to UK - every card was either prepaid or... none at all. Told I didn't qualify for the silliest of reasons, like "electronic signature on a rental contract isn't accepted by Barclays" (ugh). Thanks, Monzo! Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Amazing, no faults at all

I've had Monzo since January, and instantly moved all of my banking operations to the account. The app is simple and easy to use, extremely user friendly. IT clearly displays all the required information, and shows a lot more than traditional banks. Pending BACs transfers due in tomorrow appear as pending the day before, which I've seen no other bank do. The app also clearly displays what Direct Debits are expected to be taken the next day too. The customer service team respond within minutes normally, unless there's a major incident going on, but you can't expect them to respond during this case. All in all, Monzo is absolutely amazing and I heartily recommend it to everyone. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Brilliant Account and Innovations

The concept behind this current account is brilliant. The pot system allows me to see how close I am to my savings goals and keeps the money separate but is still accessible in case of emergencies. Would highly recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 18th November 2018

Completely different from all other banks - I would be lost without it now

Monzo has helped me finally budget and organise my finances. I make full use of their 'pots' to separate out and budget my money. Having the ability to see straight away what has come out of my account has been a game changer. I am now no longer having to rely on credit cards at the end of the month.
