Great experience overall, the new features and products are exactly what I was looking for, great way to get going and very simple. My advice would be around contacting support could be a little easier to find. In the app you have to jump through several hoops to get to the messaging or contact details, sometimes you just need to contact monzo and whilst you can, make it easier to find. Customer service is great don't get me wrong but just a minor tweak to make sending a message easier. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
