I joined monzo attracted by their hot coral card fun...

I joined monzo attracted by their hot coral card fun approach to social media and have stayed as I find the app user friendly and enjoy the features such as categorising spend and income. I also like the pots feature for saving specifics, and I recently opened a savings account for my wedding as it has a great interest rate and is paid monthly. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Brilliant!

So easy to set up the account, and the app is really intuitive and straight forward to use. Having access to pots and a separate savings within the account make budgeting so much simpler, and I find it so much easier to stay on top of my finances! I am able to see what I have for essentials and luxuries, and what I have saved for holidays. I also love the recommend a friend incentive, and have both my parents set up with accounts for their upcoming trip abroad so they can take advantage of no international transaction fees! Monzo, by far, is the best banking experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, the user experience on the app is flawless, everything (from getting a loan to saving challenges) is so easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. Secondly, the communication from the team is quick, friendly and efficient. Finally, the level of detail (for example, seeing exactly when and where a payment was made) is unrivalled.
