Friendliest bank ever!

Really user-friendly, very easy to use, travel-friendly, easy to freeze and cancel cards in case of loss/theft. Overall really positive experience, have been using it as my main account for years now. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Monzo Max has great perks!

I have a monzo max current account which covers important things like travel insurance, travel and phone insurance. There are a lot of perks with this as well such as a weekly Greggs sausage roll and discounted airport lounge access. Recently I have synced my other accounts on the Monzo app so can view all my money in one place. The mortgage summary also gives a far better overview than our supplier Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Active listeners

Their service is very prompt, and most importantly they listen. I have had some issues with withdrawing cash abroad on a holiday, as I had reached my monthly withdrawal limit. I left my concern but they UK working hours. When I woke up ,without any back and forth, they had changed my limit and left me note to withdraw within the time the limit was removed for. A great bank with many options.

I use monzo not only for a current account, but for savings as well. It’s also brilliant for when you go abroad as you don’t have to worry about exchange rate as they do that for you. With savings it helps create a pot so you can decide what it’s for, and when you want to send money. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
