Been a Monzo user since beta. Its been a fantastic experience since the beginning. This team is by far the most enjoyable to interact with. So many times better than the experience I had with high street banks over the years. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Flexible, easy banking to help you budget

I love being able to have multiple pots and digital cards. It makes budgeting so easy. Their overdrafts are excellent and so easy/flexible! Great value for money with the paid accounts, i use my free cinema ticket, greg's treat and rail card! Customer service is great and so easy to speak to Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

My Monzo Story

Monzo is my only account since I arrived UK in October, 2022. It is a student-friendly bank, easy to use and excellent customer service. They are swift to report any suspicious attempts on your account and proactively send you a card if there is a compromise on your pin. I also love how transparent they are with the investment pot. They are a big deal!! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

never had any issues for years now

never had any issues for years now. had an issue once with money coming out my account i didn’t recognise and there was an easy chat box to discuss it and they sorted it out for me straight away when it wasn’t there fault. great app to use also Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
