The. Best. Overdraft/Loan. Experience. Ever!

Already a fan of Monzo the experience from the angle of managing my overdraft and its usage, right down to the clarity of how its Loans are presented and booked into - it’s just second to none. Nothing is pushed on you and the terms are clear and fair. Moreover as a Premium user I love how my credit score shows up in the app - with a monthly update reminder that highlights the causes for any drop or increase. This is excellent and a great awareness grower for those using credit. In fact it has motivated me to stay out of my OD. Hats off Monzo! Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

My no1 bank

Easiest and best bank i have banked with in the process of closing other bank accounts and just using monzo, also a great place to invest and have full control over my pension. Have a credit card and find the 0%interest for 3 months a god send Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

After being scammed Monzo sorted it out, replaced my card which arrived in 2 days, allowed me to unlock my app to make purchases as I was away on holiday at the time of the scam, and reimbursed the money almost immediately! I have had my monzo for 3 years

I love my monzo account , I have had it for 3 years I started with a young person account 16-18. My siblings have children's accounts. I recommend it to all my friends as it really helps with saving especially with the round up options and the 1p challenges. I like sorting my salary into diffrent pots each month to help me budget. It is perfect for anyone trying to save and live at the same time. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
