I heart Monzo

Excellent customer service when I need to access it, but I couldn’t tell you the last time I did! Smooth interface, fun app and a great range of premium options. Has provided more transparency around my income, spending and savings than I have ever had with traditional banks and I am better with my money as a result. I couldn’t be happier. Monzo Recommendation

Their roundup feature is very useful alongside their high-interest savings accounts/pots which can be opened without any hassle. I have contacted their customer service before and I have not had any issues with them and they have resolved all my issues very quickly. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Monzo making money fun!

I have had no issues with my Monzo. I had a personal account first then loved it so much I convinced my partner to join so we could get our joint account. The app is user friendly and set out so I can manage my money better. I love all the extra features like pots and challenges and I just find sorting and organising my money more enjoyable with Monzo.
