I really enjoy my Monzo current account, the functionality is really good and I like having multiple pots to help me manage my money. I also enjoy the benefits of Monzo plus including free coffees, insurance. I also like the saving incentives. I’ve made one complaint about a payment which they were slow to re-imburse and they gave me £50 compensation. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Best bank I’ve ever used - Monzo makes life easy

I love how easy the user experience is with Monzo. It doesn’t feel like a bank, it feels like a fun app. Being able to split bills with friends and respond with emojis so it doesn’t feel awkward but makes it so informal and easy. Creating Saving pots in seconds and being able to give them a title and adding photos is such a motivation to save. I always recommend Monzo to anyone I meet, it’s hands down the best bank I’ve ever used. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Its all just so easy,I'm set up for success.

It's been a good experience with Monzo, with having constant notifications of when I spend money so I'm able to keep track of my spending, as well as being able to budget easier due to the pots features. I have also had a good experience with the support as they helped me gain cash back I was not given. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
