I feel like Monzo does a lot to meet my needs - they clearly put a lot of effort into taking friction out of the banking experience, and I find myself using the app a lot more then I do with other banks', and as a result have a better idea of where my money's going and how much I'll have left until payday. Fine when it works, hard to get help when it doesn’t. Some features are free with competitors but packaged accounts are good value. Definitely still innovation even if some products (eg child accounts) are launched then neglected. Reviewed on: 15th February 2025

Nice app but terrible customer support

Getting support from a human requires entering a secret phrase into the FAQ just to open the support form, then getting past an AI assistant which has yet to give a helpful answer. Once you've got a support conversation open, replies typically take most of a day, you get bounced to a different member of staff on every reply, and nobody seems to read the rest of the conversation so you have to constantly repeat yourself to make any progress. I just a Monzo account for years now and the service and perks are amazing! They’ve introduced loans and Monzo plus and it makes banking so much easier couldnt think of a better a transparent bank! Would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 14th February 2025

Game changer!

Since joining Monzo I have closed down multiple other accounts I have held for over 20 years. It’s flexible, user friendly, provides fantastic saving tools. I feel more in control of my money than ever before and that’s all down to Monzo. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
