Monzo Budgeting Pips The Lot

As a customer of First Direct, Starling and Monzo, all of which are excellent, Monzo takes the award for the quality of their app and the budget-tracking graphs that it provides. I had a problem with a scammer.

I had a problem with a scammer. put it in writing and Monzo sorted that day and refunded me the money. Never known a bank do that with out a lot of paperwork and messing around for months Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Outstanding support

I work with some of the most vulnerable people in society and having been with Monzo for some time I know that the vulnerable customers team do amazing work so I always recommend a Monzo account to my clients as an extra layer of protection for them, especially in terms of domestic abuse and addiction issues. I absolutely love my Monzo Max account.

I absolutely love my Monzo Max account. It's my most used app on my phone. I love using every single feature from savings pots to investments. Couldn't ask for a better bank, they are very good with trying new things. Love the new 1p challenge. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
