Great All-Round Bank

I have been a Monzo customer for 6 years now and I have never had any issues; in fact, I would say the level of service received has been above and beyond other banks I have used in the past. I love the spend notifications as it allows me to keep track of my spending habits better, especially when used alongside the pots feature and the customer service team at Monzo have been exemplary, both when I needed paper statements for my mortgage provider and when my account was used fraudulently. I will never move away from Monzo and could not recommend their services more. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024
