My Experience with Monzo as a Newcomer to the UK

When my family and I arrived in the UK in 2022, Monzo was the first bank account we were able to open. The detailed weekly and monthly spending analysis has been incredibly helpful, breaking down our expenses in a clear and insightful way. The efficiency of the service, along with the variety of financial products offered, has even made me consider investment opportunities. Another highlight was being able to open an under-16 account for my daughter, which has been a great way to introduce her to financial management. Fantastic rates on savings and purchases overseas plus at home easy to sign up transparent spending get reports before you even start thinking about what you spent at what rates the deferent savings types available and rates are at a very exceptional rate beats bothering with high street banks and the ability to withdraw in so many different ways is just a whole new game Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Superior bank to your normal streamline banks

The app is far superior to other banks giving more options to split your savings into different pots. Monzo also has the option for virtual cards for your pots making your online spending more secure. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
