I love Monzo!

I love Monzo! The app is fantastic and so easy to use, and their products are great. Physical cards arrive super fast in the post, virtual cards are simple to add to my Google Wallet, they're just seemingly super good at what they do! And their Social Media posts and campaigns are hilarious. I just love them as a company, both for my personal use and seeing their growing presence. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Monzo offer great products with really good benefits for their customers. Their app is easy to use and provides clear overview of monthly spend. A big plus is that they are actually registered as a bank in the UK so I feel safe having my savings with them. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Monzo is my lord and saviour

used monzo since i moved to the uk and it has made my life so much easier, no messing about with banks and the long wait line in the branch and the 101 question. The conversion rate when abroad is ace and sending money is so easy and quick. plus the savings pot. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Good but not great

I've had my Monzo account since they were back in beta. The experience has generally been excellent, but I had some serious issues when trying to open a joint current account and, in all honesty, the customer support experience was poor. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Modern & flexible

The modern approach to money i.e. split pots, accessible accounts, range of accounts and credit cards makes Monzo a great bank to bank with! Perks that come with accounts/cards is a big draw- but mostly the ability to split money between pots is the best feature. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
