Actually funny on socials

Very helpful and user freindly and offer great products in a really accessible manner. Feel like you are able to save/invest with customer interest at heart and with little prior knowledge. Also have safety nets every step of the way. Actually funny on socials too. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Great app

Very user friendly app with a fun design. I love the pot function, and super handy when it comes to splitting bills. I now spend most of my time abroad, and I wish other countries had the equivalent of Monzo! Fast customer service too. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Easy to use, great for budgeting

It's super easy to use, and the ability to track spending against my target has been really helpful for managing my budget. The round up on spending has helped me save towards a holiday and build my rainy days pot. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Been with them for over 5 years

Honestly they are just a brilliant bank - I love the pots and how easy the app is to use. Everything from the brightly coloured card through to the images you can select for the pots is just well thought through. Every time I see someone use a Monzo card I feel like we're in a cool club where we picked the best bank and that's impressive to make you feel that way with banking aha! Whenever I've had a query they are quick to respond and genuinely just seem like they care and value you as a customer. I'm currently saving for a wedding and the interest rates too are deffo not to ignored. Basically I'm a fan overall. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

You’ve ruined my experience of other banking apps

Monzos app interface and ease of doing things is unrivaled in my opinion. I find it frustrating on other banking apps that I can’t see my card number, exp date and CVV when I can do these things so easily on Monzo. Basically you’ve ruined all other banking apps for me! Reviewed on: 11th April 2024
