Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Monzo

Over the past year, my experience with Monzo has been quite frustrating. The customer service has significantly declined, with advisors often lacking the necessary knowledge to assist with my queries. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information, which led to further complications and delays. This lack of reliability and poor service has been a major letdown, especially considering how promising Monzo once was. Great All-Round Bank

I have been a Monzo customer for 6 years now and I have never had any issues; in fact, I would say the level of service received has been above and beyond other banks I have used in the past. I love the spend notifications as it allows me to keep track of my spending habits better, especially when used alongside the pots feature and the customer service team at Monzo have been exemplary, both when I needed paper statements for my mortgage provider and when my account was used fraudulently.
