The app is quite good, lots of functionality.

My Favourite Bank :)

I have had a Monzo current account since 2017 and it’s now my primary account. Couldn’t be without it! The savings pot feature has always been handy, you can search all transactions from retailers with ease, send money with ease (especially to another Monzo account), the benefits go on. Easiest most transparent bank account I have, and I have 5! I also have a Monzo savings account with a decent interest rate. Customer service feature isn’t as quick as it once was but I guess they have millions of users now so can’t reply to everyone quickly. But won’t deter me from good old Monzo! Could write more but it’ll start to look like I work for them… Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
