Monzo helped me move out

I have used Monzo for the past 4 years and it has helped me budget/save to move out, go on holiday and still have a social life. I have also recently opened up a savings account with them and they offer competitive interest rates. I’m also looking to start investing with them. I find the app super easy to use. constantly thinking about what's next

I set up Monzo because i was going away abroad. The setup was so easy and because of that and all the good experiences since, I've stayed and now use it as my everyday bank! I'm not sure about customer service because I've never needed to use them... Everything just flows so easily. You can tell that their are people constantly thinking about what's next, what's the next features to add. Very much valued. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Monzo has changed the way I travel and socialise

Monzo is great and super easy to navigate. It has changed the way I travel and send time with loved ones thanks to free transactions abroad, shared tabs, and bill splitting. It's so helpful that you can sort your salary and set up regular payments from specific pots. Really helps manage my money. If I could improve one thing, I'd make the shared tab feature slightly more intuitive with the option to partially pay the tab without adding further transactions. I've accidentally sent someone £100s by tapping "pay now" thinking I could just send a little at a time! Finally, I appreciate Monzo's brand voice. It's clear and helpful but unserious (without being too "quirky" like many B2C brands at the moment). Looking forward to seeing where this clever bank goes next. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
