The bank to meet your needs

Living in a fast paced environment we need apps and service that matche - Monzo is so easy to use, the app is great. They even provide tailored summaries! Most importantly, as the app gives real time alerts this made me realise my card had unfortunately been stolen and was actively being used. I was able to freeze my card immediately & report the fraud to Monzo: within minutes I was reimbursed - all other banks need to take note! Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

Budgeting Help

I love being able to breakdown my spending, so I can understand where o can rein in my spending. It allows me to budget and make provisions for the future. The pots feature also helps with this. It automatically puts money aside each month to save for Chrostmas and birthdays etc. Budget, budget, budget! Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

Monzo - Its cool!

I have used this current account for over an year now. I like their app user interface, it is very vibrant and easy to use. Also budgeting analytics is quite simple to understand and navigate. Saving pots with unlimited cash withdrawals without impacting the interest, is a boon. Two things, I did like about Monzo, is there is no interest paid on the account balance, and their customer care, it is not easy to navigate the app to find the option to chat with the customer care support. One of my favourite banking apps

Not had a problem with Monzo at all, one of my main banks. Love the look of the app now it's updated. Always had a good experience with whenever I need to talk to someone which has always been quick. I wish the credit score for the paid for accounts were updated more than once a month however. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
