Never any issues. Wonderful banking service, excellent user experience. I would highly recommend. Love the coral colour card too! I now have a joint account with my partner because I enjoy my personal current account card so much Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Appalling customer service and cards don't arrive

It has taken more than 2 months and 4 attempts to receive my replacement card, and I have still not received it! Customer services, both on chat and on the phone, is appalling to say the least. When I spoke to them on the phone recently, the guy just hung up when he didn't have an answer to why none of the four cards has been delivered. Monzo makes banking easy and really understands their customer bases needs, which is evident in their product offering, efficiency of service and financial app’s usability.
