Monzo is great, with an easy to use app

The app is so easy to use and super intuitive making it easy to keep track of your money and scheduled payments. I have also recently started using pots to save money for different uses, and the savings rates are the best around. It is also easy to categorise my spending month on month. Accessibility and usability

Banking is behind the times with digital accessibility and usability. Yet monzo are leading the charge with making it better! You’ve got, pots, attaching image receipts, requesting payments, saying thank you when youve got payments, categorising payments, paying from pots so you don’t overspend and even that little kerching when money goes in. Never had a bad experience

I can't say I've had a bad experience since I started using Monzo. I love that the app is so clear, and yet so feature rich at the same time. I also love that it's so easy to open savings pots and see them right there which helps me plan for larger purchases. I don't remember having to contact them for customer services so I can't comment there. The only negative is the new home screen, that is taking some time to get used to and has caused a little bit of confusion with the way things are laid out, but over time the ability to customise what I see is helping with that.
